Order Processing Time

At Swimlyra, we prepare each order carefully to ensure products are inspected, packed, and ready for shipment. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, as well as orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing time includes order verification, preparation, and packaging before shipment. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of increased order volume, processing time may take longer than usual.

Free shipping is available only for orders delivered within the continental United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is calculated by combining order processing time and shipping transit time.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Transit Time: 5–10 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

The estimated delivery timeframe begins after your order is successfully placed and includes both the time required to prepare your order and the time required for carrier transportation.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including public holidays, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, flight interruptions, or other unexpected transportation issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal:

Orders from $0.01 to $44.99: Shipping fee is $6.99
Orders of $45.00 or more: Free shipping

Free shipping applies only to eligible deliveries within the continental United States. Locations outside the eligible shipping area are not included in the free shipping service.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM ET.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on business days will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase.

Swimlyra ships orders from our US warehouse, and we use the address information provided during checkout to arrange delivery. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist with your request before the order is shipped.
